• How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

For bundles and wigs processing takes up to 7-9 business days (not all orders, just in case some things are out stock we like to give extra days just to be sure.)

• Do you accept returns?
  Due to sanitary and health regulations we do not accept returns. We ensure that you have received the highest quality hair.
  After receiving tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs.
